The bathroom shower was not designed correctly because the walk in shower was flush with the floor and no water barrier and you could see the past buildup of rust. The rooms appeared clean but upon closer inspection you could see a large dust build up on the wood panels, especially behind the bathroom door which confirmed our fear of lack of cleaning.

Everything was fine except there was almost zero water pressure and the bathroom sink had almost no water pit of the faucet.

The furniture in the room was stained and dirty, the shower and toilet did not drain properly, the room had a kitchenette, but it was poorly stocked with standard cookware and plates, the mattress on the bed was old and worn causing a poor night's sleep (very hard on the back), breakfast selection was very limited and the hot portion was cold.

Decent, but not great

Room was rather dirty upon entering. Coffee marks on counter, floor extremely dirty. Provided some kitchen supplies, but not enough to actually eat in the room for a family of 4. Dishes from previous people were left in the dishwasher.

Mostly Good!

Mostly good. In this day of Covid and the flu, the outside of the microwave and refrigerator were not cleaned. The room smelled mildewy. It might have been from the air conditioner. This need to be fixed. Also the toilet seat was not tightened. But Richard, the manager, fixed it. He was very helpful!!!
