I liked the big west facing windows in the main area and the very clean and restful master bedroom. Nothing out of place. Joe and Linda were lovely hosts.

Posted 11 Aug 2018 on HotelsA beautiful B&B after a while of driving through great peaceful farm which is green and fresh. One of the best B&B I have ever stayed in. After we got up that morning, Linda and her husband prepared fantastic breakfast with lightly toast，nice coffe and tea, fruits and yogurt, homemade orange jam..It was just an unbelievable feast. The room was large enough and full of special treats: Trian-themed decoration, and a lovely kitchen. The whole building is very beautiful inside out and immaculately clean. I would gladly come back again and stay longer to enjoy this beautiful place and the amazing hospitality!

Pleasant, quiet B&B in the country. Our hosts were very kind and knowledgeable, the breakfasts plentiful and delicious.
We would stay here again if visiting the area.

Minutes from Mosport Track and quiet
Posted 20 Jun 2018This B&B's best asset is its location just 5-10 minutes from Mosport track. In a quiet rural farm area setting. On the flip side, it takes 20-30 minutes to get into nearby towns for restaurants, events and shopping.

Thank you for your review. Yes, you are correct - it takes about 20 minutes to get to Bowmanville or Newcastle for restaurants. However, our location is planned so that racers are close to Canadian Tire Motorsport Park as they are usually up very early to start their racing schedule. Unfortunately we do not have both the racetrack and restaurants close by in one location. Thank your for staying with us at Joe-Lin Station.

Great place, great people.

Pros: Price, decor, cleanliness, food, everything.
Cons: Add a local map to the web site to make it easier to find. Mention the odd confusing naming of the roads leading to it.
Location: The Canadian Tire Motor Speedway is just around the corner.
The naming of the roads was a little confusing and we needed help finding the place, but the extra effort was all worth it. I had never stayed in a B&B before and this experience was amazing. Everything was so nice, especially the decor. The train station theme was so interesting. Thanks Joe and Linda for a great stay.

I wish I could fix the confusing road names but the best I have found to correct this is to show our location on Google maps and also provide specific directions on our own website.
I will check into re-directing people to Google maps on Expedia as you suggested though.
