Old property, very inconvenient, impolite, unhelpful attendant. Had to room change because the tv was not working. The attendant put a small cheap water bottle in the new room and said it was compensation for the inconvenience. I tried to get a hold of someone for some extra shampoo amenities but the guy was gone. The front office was locked. Nobody to help. One of the worst experiences ever. Certainly not worth the 100 dollars a night they charged. The only other 2 options were a motel very poorly rated and the another hotel 3km away. I wasn't driving so... The good thing about Claresholm is that everyone at the city office is extremely friendly, helpful and polite. The WORST Seven Inn should learn from them.

We remembered that we immidiately changed your room into room 122 due to our TV, Internet issue and offered a complimentary botte of water for you. (You might feel small and cheap water..., but most of local Canadians expressed thank you for it and understood this kind of situations.)We closed at 10:30 pm, which means why you could not get additional shampoo. We remembered that we were allowed to change your payment into debit card due to your credit card issue.(We did not charge any deposit for the debit card payment even if we had to charge to you 200 security deposit.)Our staff helped you nicely. Lastly, Our staff reconized that you looked like having a big complaint before you checked in. Because you had walked from bus station to our motel for a long distance on feet.

This property looks really run down outside but inside it’s super clean and the manager is fantastic. Thanks so much !
