Place was advertized as "hotel". Instead, it is more like a rooming place. It was difficult to contact them. It was also a hassle to check in...we had to wait on the sidewalk for about 2 hours before the guy showed up. If possible find a different place to stay.

I have no words, I contacted you many times by email, you never responded, you told me you were arriving at 2pm, you didn't show up, I went out to do some errands, and when I came back I found you there.... at least you could feel it... incredible.Then we want to talk about the ability to read our name? Residence Stendhal Guest House, where would it be advertised as a hotel? We are a BnB, it was enough to read, even the fact that we do not have a 24 hour reception, but I think you were attracted by the competitive prices, which in a hotel are very different. I repeat, it was enough to read and communicate, which you did not do, not respecting the arrival time you indicated. so what should I have done? Hi, I'm sorry to hear that you didn't feel comfortable at our guest house, but I think you've got the wrong person, I've never been rude to my customers, ever, I tried to help you with everything I could do, I told you connected her iPad to the internet after she was unable to do so, perhaps if she had listened to what I explained to her about the functioning of the guest house many times, there wouldn't have been these misunderstandings.I helped carry her luggage up and down, arranging last-second transportation after I was there one morning asking if she wanted transportation.what else was I supposed to do?Maybe you were looking for a service that only hotels provide, we are a simple guest house, with more competitive prices, but, I repeat, if you need more services you should have gone to a hotel...Unfortunately I am left speechless reading your review because objectively I have always been at the customer's service.GreetingsSimon.

Breakfast was included and the croissants were fresh and delicious. A wide variety of fruit was also provided. Simone was helpful getting our very heavy suitcase up the stairs. Very close to cruise shuttle.
