The website says restaurant and bar inside hotel and no, it is next to the hotel

Terrible place to stay. The front desk ladies were rude and not helpful. The ramp for wheelchair is broken and unusable. They tried to charge us more for things we did not use. They did not allow us to pick up and drop off my family members as there is a “no visitor” policy. Terrible place!!!

Its was ok but upstairs guets could hear them talking til 3am

We had a terrible experience with staff they don’t allow visitors not even for a couple of hours and if your are bringing your mother from out of town to spend the weekend and they don’t allow you to go an visit, not staying just visit it sucks we had to go to the park chamizal and out restaurant to be together

hola, buenos días.le pido una disculpa de parte del hotel colonial por la mala experiencia que se llevo de nuestro hotel.pero si, efectivamente hay un reglamento donde no se permiten visitas.
