The staff were very pleasant; welcoming and so helpful. They are quick to respond to any concern you may have. They offered suggestions concerning the visitation of the Holy Sites and gave insight regarding the terrain at the site.
They always greeted you when you came back and asked how your day was going. The accommodations were wonderful and comfortable. It was also near to shopping and restaurants. Thank you for a great stay

Breakfast is not worth the price at all. Honestly it wasn’t good. Don't pay the extra cost. For the same price you can purchase a ribeye steak dinner with all the fixings or a wonderful fresh fish meal in town with wine and dessert.

Excellent location, walking distance from the church and stores. It has nice and clean rooms. We stayed at one room facing the mountain and it was gorgeous. The hotel staff made sure you are comfortable, the went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

We were in Medjugorje towards the end of October. We had a great stay at the Palace hotel. Conveniently located to all places that you should visit while there. In addition, the hotel was super quiet, spacious, clean, and the staff was very friendly. We are planning a trip back to Medjugorje, and I know were we would be staying.
