"Breakfast selections varied and fresh. My initial few days that I booked separately from a tour group I would later join were fine: comfortable room with a king size bed, on the 5th floor and quiet. Once I joined the tour group the hotel moved me to a room on the 2nd floor : small, dark with 2 twin beds and next to a heavily trafficked ramp/stairs beyond a bridge connecting 2 wings of the hotel. Noisy and uncomfortable; I was not happy."

"The location is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and very welcoming. The rooms are spacious and we had room 502 which had a nice balcony overlooking the city and an expensive footprint which left room for a couch and chairs as well as a queen size bed and desk. The negatives here unfortunately include a TV that didn't work, ants in the bathroom and on the desk and a bathroom that smelled like sewer. Other than that it was great."

The stadd was outstanding from the time we checked in with Delina to the lady at the front counter, Siri for the breakfast bar.The location was also fantastic.when you exited through the rear door, you were right on one of the canals.
