I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place was impeccably clean, which made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. The location is fantastic — close to all the main attractions and easy to get around from there. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I would honestly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam. Friendly and extremely helpful staff. The room was super and you want for nothing - even a welcome hand written note along with a bottle of wine. Will definitely stay again.

I don’t think this is a 4-star establishment. The room had a bad smell when we first got there, and the stairwell smelled humid. Could use some minor maintenance like repainting and keeping amenities clean looking. Thankfully, the bathrooms were clean and, modern, bed was comfortable, and AC workers which is most important!

Staff was extremely warm, helpful, and professional. Location is central and easily accessible by tram. Rooms were small (as to be expected), but the walls were extremely thin and I could hear alarms and conversations from neighboring rooms and the hallway.

This is NOT a 4 star hotel. Maybe a 3. Old and frumpy interior, very small rooms, tiny elevator that still requires climbing steep stairs, persistent bad smell in room, no hot water one day. Would not return.

The staff told me that the room I reserved was extremely tiny and suggested me to change to a bigger room and pay 25€ extra which I did. The room was extremely dirty - full of bread crumbs, black dust, mosquitos & blond hair (I have brown hair). When I informed the reception downstairs (even showed them photos) but no one took any action to help so I ended up cleaning the room by myself for more than one hour. It is the dirtiest room that I’ve ever stayed and definitely an extremely unpleasant experience.

nice & cosy hotel, real nice and welcoming staff, the rooms are on the smaller side but the bed is very comfortable, coffee machine with capsuls in the room. clean, many options for breakfast around the hotel. wonderful location as far as public transport with many tram lines. will definately come again
