"Beautiful appt in a great location. There are plenty of bars and restaurants near by for a quick meal. There is a good selection from Dutch to Italian to even McDonalds. There are also grocery stories a few blocks away if you want to eat in. The host was extremely helpful with tips and helping us book a taxi. The rooms are in the basement so you don’t hear any street noise from near by bars. The stairs are abit steep as they are in all Amsterdam homes so this wouldn’t be well suited for someone...

"The location of the hotel is so convenient. There is a tram stop and plenty of shopping just a few metres away. We didn’t try the hotel breakfast but there is a wonderful cafe opposite on the other side of the canal. The outstanding feature of this hotel is the staff. They were so welcoming, warm and helpful. "Stop scrolling and just book this hotel. It is so wonderful. The property is gorgeous and in the heart of the museum distract. Literally steps away from the Van Gogh, Momo, and Rijk. There was great shopping and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. There is an above group tram stop steps away. I recommend getting a pass for that during your stay. Also, we were there for christmas and the museum quarter has the best and largest christmas market in town, also steps away! We stayed in the medium...

"Just unreal. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip special. They were so kind, accommodating and knowledgable. The hotel is pristine. Not only are the interiors beautiful but the beds are ridiculously comfortable. Location wise you are in the heart of things so nothing is too far to cycle or walk. Plus the tram is right there should you want to whizz about on that. 10/10. We couldn’t thank the Rosewood enough for a birthday stay we won’t forget. "

"Great location right in the heart of Amsterdam! We walked everywhere from here. Can have a little noise at night from people on the street, but this didn’t bother us and is to be expected in this location. Steep staircase for heavy suitcases but manageable! Large open loft room was amazing! So spacious! Merel was very helpful and accomodating. Would stay here again! "

"Wow. We had an overnight in Amsterdam and thought we’d stay in the canal area. So glad we did. What a gorgeous hotel. Perfectly quirky, full of art in every space with a restaurant and bar, and several reading rooms. Our room was comfortable and well-designed for a small space. Bathroom was large though and included towel heaters. I’d recommend and stay here again. It’s truly lovely. "

"Excellent location for exploring Amsterdam, right next to Leidseplein, few mins from Rijksmuseum, canal tours, easy walk to Vondelpark, inner canal ring, Anne Frank House etc. Close to many bars and eateries/restaurants. Trams stop just outside. Good choice foods at breakfast (buffet only, not cooked to order). We ate elsewhere in the evening, so can't comment on dinner. Nice clean room, large shower, comfy bed and pillows."
