Front desk greeted us and went over and above to accomodate our wishes! It is my favorite hotel in downtown Cincinnati!

Even though it was downtown it was peaceful and relaxing. Food options within walking distance were excellent

Great location, across from fountain square, walking distance to the Great American Ballpark, close to many restaurants. Although the bathroom was clean, and the bed was comfortable with ok pillows, the rooms smelled musty and are in need of an upgrade. Staff was just ok, not very welcoming. We will not stay there again.
