The staff in the hotel were really polite and helpful. Also the valet parking is the way to go, the room was in good condition and the bed was comfortable enough

I was very disappointed in the room. No electrical outlet my bed for C pap machine. No extra blankets. For the price of the room, I expected the best. And the restaurant is a joke. No atmosphere. Cafeteria ambiance. I will stay elsewhere when I return to Cincinnati in the future.
