The best thing about this hotel is their customer service. We stayed 2 nights for a local soccer tournament. The staff was amazing. They were flexible and patient. They allowed our soccer team to setup in the lobby for a team meal while we watched the Columbus Crew vs FC Cincinnati game.
The room was very clean. I would have loved an elevator, but no big deal. Pool was clean and warm.

Blood on our bedding and toilet didnt work.

We sincerely apologize for the bedding not being clean. I personally saw the stain on the bedding and even though it was not blood, it is still not acceptable for there to be ANY type of stain on the bedding.
