There were a huge crowd because of some tournament and the parents were not caring what the kids where doing. it wasn't the fault of the staff but it was awful. the kids were running around screaming and it wasn't safe. food on the floor and the pool was overflowing with water.

As soon as we got to the hotel, the boy who checked us in was really nice. When we got to the room the AC was not working so I went downstairs and he put us in a better room.
All the staff was really nice and asking us if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was great and it was a fast and easy check in process that felt warm and inviting. I don’t remember the young ladies name that checked us in that evening but she was super helpful, kind and professional. The only complaint is more about a set of guests that had their kids running loose after midnight through the hotel playing “Knock Knock ditch”. Kids will be kids! We chuckled but some guest were audibly not happy being woken up. We chuckled again.
On a high not the checkout process was absolutely the highlight of our stay meeting Wendy. It felt like we knew Wendy for years and we talked for several minutes about travel and family. She was delightful, inspiring , cheerful, kind, enthusiastic, helpful, and just a great person all around. Thank you Wendy for making our departure so memorable.
