Invaded our privacy. Housekeeping (probably over 50 age)lady came straight into our room without knocking properly. She didn’t wait for a second after knocking and came straight into our room.

I do apologize that your experience was not great. I have spoken with all of my housekeepers to make sure they are all using the proper procedures for cleaning stayover rooms.

Nikita was accommodating and made our check-in process easy. Her enthusiastic personality and welcoming demeanor have vigorously influenced me to want to stay here all the time. I look forward to my next stay at this hotel.

The manager was absolutely amazing. She is kind and cares about her guests. I would give a 10 star review if I could!

Hotel was ok inexpensive option. Newer and clean but their room key access system does not function well. I was locked out of room 2 hours while the manager came from off site to fix it. Staff did not know how. Other guests saw me waiting in lobby and they had same problem. Ok if you don’t mind hanging in lobby to meet people. Not so good if you need to sleep.
