This was a nice stop. It could use some updates.

Dear Ann, we are happy you enjoyed your stay. Our Inn is a 50's era motel so it is definitely vintage. We are in the process of doing updates where possible. In fact, your room has a brand new custom stand-up shower as well as a new 32" tv. In addition we were able to accommodate your pet as no others in Cimarron will do. We hope you will come see us again soon.

Great hosts, great location. Traveling with 2 large dogs. Perfect place. Please stay here if you are in the area.

My Brother in Law were traveling by motorcycle and stayed at this motel for one night. The management could not have been nicer. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Great motel.

The rooms are very small. Outdated for the price they are charging. They were clean but we could barely move around in the room.

Hi Anthony, I am sorry that you were not happy with the size of the room. For a few more dollars you could have stayed in one of our larger rooms. Our Inn is 75 years old, we provide a clean comfortable room at nearly half the price of the others in town. We are family owned and operated and are proud of what we provide.

The photos on line showing inside of rooms was false. 1950 style tiny room with no amenities,(ice, sodas, space, too soft bed, heater fluctuated to often.). Price seemed to be too high for what we got. Next night in Woodward, Ok, very nice room, 2 beds, ice and soda, very modern, was $58.00 a night, almost half price of Hikers Inn

Dear Joe, I am very sorry that the stay was not to your expectations. I am a bit surprised as during our several conversations all seemed to be good and no issues were discussed. In fact, when you asked about the ice machine I mentioned that we had turned off for the winter but that I was more than happy to get you as much ice as needed from our coffee shop. Your wife said that was not necessary and that all was fine. As for the pictures I am again not sure what the issue was as the pictures on Expedia are the exact pictures of the room you stayed in. We do have some larger rooms that offer more space along with a microwave and a small refrigerator but you chose to go with our smaller room. As for our pricing we are very much in line with the market in our area and are by far the most reasonable rate in Cimarron. I can not speak for Woodward, OK but am happy that you found a room and rate that met your needs.
