The staff at the Mercure were very kind and super helpful. The breakfast was a great range and the coffee was good. The pool was not in action but the area up near the pool was a great spot to sit and watch the clouds roll through. The downside was that there was a lot of mold in the bathroom shower area, and the bathroom floors around the toilet and general area didn't seem as clean as they could be. Also, the shower was not pleasant to use - one shower head kept facing the wall and I had to hold it and the rain shower spurted everywhere.

I think the hotel is dated needs to revamp.

Hotel is OK a bit run down. Found stains on the chair, and the shower tray also looks stain and worn down. Asked for extra mineral water, they said it's chargeable and I said OK, but it never came up. Bed is a bit hard as well. I guess you get what you pay for.

have been before. arrived late night - asked the desk staff for an early morning call (flight to catch). the person understood and pressed some buttons and confirmed. No one woke me - luckily i set my phone alarm. this should NOT happen

I stay there after my surgery and they are very helpful stuff abd I feel so relax to enjoy my recovery there. The location near by hospital and restaurant as well.
