Need maintenance

First room the air condition didn't work, move to second room the air condition not cold enough

Rooms were simple but spacious, even with king-sized bed in place. Love also that there's a minimart a few eateries across the hotel. The hotel staff were very helpful too. They helped us arrange for transportation to Jogja at a last minute request. A great stay for our visit in Cilacap.

Nice hotel

Overall fave hotel cilacap is recomended and good condition. But when im order to service my room, really disapointed cause towel no body change, cup of coffe still dirty. I hope for future will be better.

New budget hotel

The shower in my room has very low pressure. It took a long time to shower because of this. Half day charge is until 4 pm, and full day charge is at 6 pm. This is too early.

Het hotel is op zich. Redelijk. . Het ontbijt is minder. En zeker voor de Europeanen. Dat is slecht. Het personeel praat geen Engels. Dus min punten
