Was nice and quiet for being off the highway. hotel conditions very nice and comfortable and very clean no complaints.

Retro style, but very clean. Our room had a panoramic view. Could use some utensils.

Overall it was excellent. The breakfast was a highlight. The staff is super kind and attentive.
The only complaints are the sofa bed, which was very uncomfortable. And the internet doesn't well on the 3rd floor.

Property is dated. The air conditioner was unable to be controlled. Blowing all the time. The breakfast was very goid.

Very welcoming staff with excellent suggestions for restaurants and local activities. Immaculately clean and comfortable. Great breakfast selection with quality, well-made food. Everything was wonderful! I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Syracuse!!!!
