The hotel itself is not bad, but it is lacking in simple services to make your stay there so much more enjoyable. The hotel is located on the very far east end of the island. Very far from the main city of Christenstad and most of the island's attractions. Getting anywhere is difficult and very expensive. You can rent a car, but with no cell service in many areas of the island, you'll have no navigation. The other option is to use a local taxi service, but they can be very expensive.
The hotel should provide shuttle service to guests that will take you to the city in the morning and return to pick you up later in the afternoon.
Also, there are no grocery or retail stores near the hotel. Providing a simple grocery store in the hotel or within walking distance of the hotel would really make your stay there more comfortable.

Unfortunately, due to the strict control imposed by the taxi commission on the island, alternative transportation options like Uber and Lyft are unavailable, and establishing private shuttles for individual properties is not feasible. However, we do provide a small map in your welcome packet to assist with navigation in areas with limited cell service.We are delighted to inform you that we do have a store called "Smugglers" within the hotel premises, offering a variety of essential items for your convenience. We understand the importance of having access to such amenities during your stay, and we continuously strive to meet the needs of our guests.Once again, thank you for your valuable feedback. Perfect if you are looking for a quieter experience. Great mixed drinks and pizza! We loved our stay! The staff was amazing and so so awesome! I would give 10 stars if I could! We will be back!

Pool is beautifu. Staff is extremely helpful, very friendly.
Need to have a car to go places. Small eating area, not a big menu, but breakfast very good.
Would go back.

Clean, quiet, nice view. Friendly host Lisa who was covering for the day. Pool is a plus. Mattresses are memory foam. Near everything. Overall excellent.

This place was exactly what I was looking for. Luxurious but quiet and laid back. The staff was very friendly. The food options were quite good. I would definitely recommend. I was looking to spend 5 relaxing days in paradise and that's precisely what I did
