Loved the fact it was originally the NZ air force officers mess. A beautiful 1930's building with lots of original features. Nice staff and recently updated

Check in was very bad. I am 80 years old and I have a room on 1st floor. There are no lifts and there was nobody to help me take my luggage up 2 flights of stairs, even though I asked.

Beautiful restoration of this ex-RNZAF building. Well appointed bathroom. Amazingly comfortable bed.
