Excellent hotel. Very pleasant staff. Room was first class. Amenities were excellent.

Very nice property near beautiful gardens. Only issue was my wife got food poisoning in their restaurant. Also, the restaurant was fairly small, so it tended to be very crowded at mealtime with less than great seating.

I really liked the how approachable and friendly the staff were, big thanks for setting up the cake and making it look lovely it was a nice touch. The hotel suite was peaceful and perfect, overall thank you for the lovely service.

HVAC. System did not work properly for 5 nights. Staff blamed it on the system and did nothing to resolve the problem.

A short distance from the city centre but very accessible by bus (or easy walking about 20 min) Excellent skin line that I discovered. Very modern. And breakfast at the Majestic was reasonably priced and tasty.

Wonderful hotel, new rooms (or upgraded lately), great bistro. A bit far away from downtown but still walkable.
