Very kindly let us check in early. Friendly and informative as to what was available in the area. Very clean and a comfortable bed.

Comfy & a spa

Excellent stay. A slight issue with carpet dampness was rectified immediately with prolific apologies. Room was serviced each day, bed made, dishes washed and kitchen tidied. Top rated service. Highly recommended.

Disappointing
Posted 11 Nov 2023 on HotelsThe Man on the front desk was very pleasant. Unfortunately that’s where it ended. The room was very sub par and in need of a deep clean. One of the pillows on the bed (black pillowcase) had a white dribbled substance all over it the pillow cases were part of the duvet cover set which really isn’t practical and worried me as to how often they were cleaned. If you use 2 pillows in bed you have no choice but to use them as there were no additional pillows in cupboard. Even the blanket in the cupboard looked dirty. The bed was very soft and back breaking and not much sleep was had.
