Super fast check in, polite and friendly staff excellent food and very nice hotel. Definitely reccomend.

Posted 28 Jun 2017 on HotelsThis property is per Terry as if it is on a large lake when in fact it is nothing more than a large pond with no area to walk into the water aside from coming down a ladder into weeds. The rooms are old, there is no air conditioning, the staff aside from the first man we dealt with are impatient and unfriendly. We arrive the first night in the restaurant at 9 AM having been told that the kitchen closes at 9:30. There was nobody around. Finally someone came out of the back and was fairly rude saying that it's very late and if we wanted to order something we had to do it now, which we did The next morning we came down to breakfast at 9:30 haven't been told it was open till 10. As I walked through the dining room one of the staff stood in the entranceway with your hands on her hips and an unhappy look on her face as we approached. There was all kinds of food laid out but the majority of people had finished eating. this was not a welcome place at all, and yet it was one of the most expensive places we stayed in during our trip around Europe Germany. Value for money – low.

Wir waren rund um zufrieden. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alle hatten gute Laune. Das essen war reichlich und vielseitig. Die Zimmer selbst mit ihrem herrlichen Ausblick waren sauber und komfortabel. Außerhalb des Hotels ist ein See. Die Mücken haben sich ebenfalls srets über unseren Ausflug gefreut. Die Umgebung und der Wald sind großartig zum abschalten und spazieren gehen. Vielen dank für die tolle Auszeit, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
