5D4N- only ONE DAY ROOM SERVICE. Ask to replenish water, the replied I have gotten is- ONLY REPLENISH ON ROOM SERVICE DAY. Nah, I won’t come to this place again!

Hey There, We service our suites every second day as standard, this is our little nod to reducing water and chemical wastage and preserving our little piece of paradise - garbage in the kitchen however is changed daily, and housekeeping on demand is available! Better than a suite

An excellent choice for longer stays. Hotel is still new and clean. I like the kitchen facilities. The 2 bathrooms have no bathtubs. Lots of space for a family. Breakfast has a large variety of food. Nice pillows and mattresses. The ceiling is thin as we could hear the loud noise of furniture being moved upstairs. The lobby should be bigger as it was rather crowded. Apart from these it is a very thoughtful setup.

Overall, the Hotel concept and room product is good. However, there seems to be some lack of standards and supervision. We arrived around 5.00pm and expected the room to be ready. After a lengthy wait, we were informed that we got upgraded to a loft room. However, it seems to be a problem with a bedside lamp. After another 5 min we were offered a beverage at the restaurant, which was nice. Once we arrived at our room 108, it was the worst positioned room of the hotel. First floor, outlook to nowhere and next to your engineering and paint shop. The room product seems good with all the gadgets. Bathroom cleanliness needs to improve. Something is growing behind the left toilet paper roll. As well dust is accumulating on the chrome. Main room television remote is not working properly. Date on the screen is 2013 or 2015, I know small details but this is where setting standards start.

Well located and provisioned. The food was good and allergens clearly marked, which is very important when traveling as someone who is allergic to some things. The pool and water taxi to the ocean was so convenient. I especially appreciated the laundry service. Staff were very friendly and took great care of us.

Cassia has a constant (free) boat shuttle to the most gorgeous Bang Tao beach, and free tuktuk shuttle to shopping centres. The apartments have small kitchens and are modern and well equipped. The staff are just so lovely and super helpful. The buffet breakfast is really extensive and high quality. It’s just the best. We will go back as soon as we can.

Upon check in- kettle not provided. By right all rooms shld hve 2 pillows per person but we only hve 1 pillow n we call d front office n they say they will send housekeeping staff to check. Why cant they just provide us extra instead of coming up to our rm to check . According to d staff they r running full occupancy n not enough pillows for all guest We were assign 2nd floor right on top of d coffee house. So noisy as early as 5am- kitchen preparation n staff talking v loud

We had an amazing stay in a two bedroom loft water. The staff at Cassia were incredible and nothing was a problem. Buffet breakfast was excellent and the pool and kids room were great for the children. Would highly recommend
