I normally stay here the updated theblock systen and paint but the rooms are severly outdated and just in horrible condition. My latest stay was horrible the room was infested with roaches and it was bad. I will not be returning to this hotel!!

Very substandard condition both exterior & interior. Major renovation essential.

Room not ready at 3pm check-in. Toilet handle broken. No towels or washcloths. No glasses. No towel racks. Curtains coming off rods. Paid for 2 nights; left after first night. No one at counter when key turned in. We should be reimbursed for second night. Will not recommend.

The room when entered smelled strongly of bleach, there was holes in the wall where the toilet paper holder should have been and no toilet paper in the bathroom at all. When i called what is supposed to be 24/7 service desk nobody answered. The ceiling had what looked like a mold spot on it right by the window and there was stuff in the room from previous guests. Highly dissatisfied.......

Uneasy Stay

The room I was in this time, was a little bit better than the last trip. Only issue I had was when I entered the room, I didnt have no wash cloths so I could shower. There was no phone in the room, the wifi didn't work, even though the lady up from gave me a password for it. The lady at the front desk, tried to charge me $5 for the room key, which is not stated on the advertisement. I understand keys don't get returned like they should and you have to do something about it, but don't charge someone for the key at first, if they don't return it after there stay, then deduct it off of there bank card when they leave. There were cigarette burn holes in my blanket and sheets that where on the bed I was in, even though it was suppose to be a Non-Smoking room. The second night I stayed I had to go recharge my room key, because it wouldnt let me in the room, which I understand if you put it near your phone it will loose its command, but the key was in my wallet in my back pocket, and my phone was in my front pocket. Other than that everything else was fine.

Unclean

Service was okay, just didnt have no cups or ice buckets. The beds weren't made like they usually make em. It looked as if the hotels room service attendants didnt clean the room probably. I scooted the microwave over and they're was crumbs from the last person that stayed. Towels and was cloths werent where they should be.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable the only issue is the sink in bathroom had a leak so the floor kept getting wet all in all I’ll stay there again
