Hotels very nice and clean the staff are very attentive it would be nice if you could install an elevator so I don't have to carry my suitcase up thank you overall it was good

The hotel is okay, but the customer service can be better. The wifi is so bad. But besides that, everything is good, but it is not worth the money. It's very overrated!!
