Incredible onsens, family friendly, fantastic food
Posted 31 Dec 2019 on HotelsWe were passing through the area and stayed here for a night. The dinner and breakfast buffets were delicious and very authentic for a Japanese experience. We loved it so much! Rooms are well appointed, clean and spacious. The baths were super clean and were well stocked with amenities. The property also has a gaming room, karaoke, spa services and a very interesting gift shop (which we enjoyed). There was very limited multi lingual staff on site, and that posed a bit of a problem for us when we arrived on the rainy evening (the traffic controller could not understand 'check in' and gazed at us blankly for a bit, before directing us to the incorrect parking). Service was, however, just fantastic otherwise - friendly and subtle.

お部屋内のトイレ便器、古い汚れがこびりついていた
また、洗面所のお湯がなかなかでない、すぐに、水になり、不便でした

バイキング料理ですが、それぞれ美味しく工夫もされていてホテルの誠意を感じます。
ただ、人気があるせいかレストランが混みすぎて落ち着かない点と、時間制限がありゆったり食事を楽しめないことが残念でした。次回利用するなら平日で繁忙期を避けたいと思いました。
部屋は清潔で温泉も良かったです。スタッフも親切でした。食事の慌ただしさを除けばお勧めです。
