My family was very disappointed in our stay. The keys stopped working on our room once a day and constantly had to be asked to be reset. The staff barely confirmed it was our room before giving a new key. The room/hotel conditions were barely acceptable, not taken care of over time. The pillows were 1/2 inch thick, the toilet and chair were broken. The side door to the hotel didn't take a card one time in a week. I asked for extra pillows, blanket for my son, roll away bed or towels and all were denied because they didn't have enough. Tons of vagrants around the property. One drugged out looking dude hung around the outside with a clown mask and no one did anything about it. Freaked out my kid. Not a good experience.

The hotel claims to have breakfast. In fact, it was a snack bar only! We asked for plates and silverware, the staff told me that she could not find the knives?!

The staff is amazing, and very helpful, especially Jordan and Evan. They do everything to accommodate the customer and extremely helpful.

Stay was wonderful, staff were friendly and sincerely accommodating and went out of their way to assist me. The location was ideal for shopping and dining. Easy access to freeway and to my events. Studio, full kitchen setup was a very welcome surprise. Room very neat and clean. Thank you. I look forward to another stay.

The manager Jordan went out of his way and was so helpful, so was Evan at the front desk very clean and quiet and safe. Will come back again.
