What a welcome from the receptionists.
The staff are incredibly helpful, polite and couldn’t do enough for us.
The room was spotless, bed was really comfy, facilities like hairdryer, toiletries, mini fridge and tv all excellent.
My only critique was no mirror on or near dressing table to do hair and makeup.
Thank you for a really lovely stay😘

In mid-May our room was uncomfortably hot, even though the outside temperature was only in the mid teens centigrade. The air-con in the room didn’t work. At checking out a separate guest was reporting the same issue. We were offered a reduction on our drinks bill from the night before in consideration for our discomfort. The hotel was quiet, conveniently located - having the feel of a tired, old hotel that has been ‘flipped’ but still retains some outdated features. The staff were pleasant - just be wary of the air-con issue as ‘summer’ in Manchester heats up…
