A Disastrous Hotel
Posted 10 Nov 2018 on HotelsIt was a disastrous hotel. Whilst in bed I felt something crawling. Switched the lights on to be horrified, as bed lives were all over the bed. Took a video of the scene. Called the staff and left the hotel running. Called Hotel.com but they couldn’t accommodate me. Had to leave the hotel at midnight to find another hotel. The staff were understanding but that didn’t help.

Airport nearby. Loud planes from 6 am to midnight. Disco plays loud music all night on weekends. No A/C so need to keep windows open. Staff does not speak English as sign states. Breakfast items ran out most days. However, if you are looking for a clean space to sleep, it does satisfy.

Hello,
We are indeed located close to an airport, next to a nightclub and a karaoke bar as indicated on the internet, the week ends are so noisy. That's why we provide ear plugs. We do not have air conditioning, this is also indicated on the internet. At this price, very few hotels are equipped with air conditioning. Our staff speak English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Arabic. Unfortunately we do not all speak each of these languages, you came across one of our employees who met another language.
