"Fantastic location, staff so very accommodating and let me have late check out at no extra cost as my colleague had cancelled flights from US and arrived so very late. Rooms quiet and very comfy. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had for gluten free and lactose free. Lovely and clean, would highly recommend and certainly stay again."

The availability of children playroom, a very nice restaurant, a rooftop bar and a huge shopping mall nearby makes it very convenient to stay here and just enjoy the trip. "The hotel itself is great - everything you need for a good price. However, it is in an incredibly rough area of Hamburg & would warn against staying here for any female solo travellers. Felt very unsafe as soon as I left the building even though it was just a 10 min walk to the station."
