Staff was not friendly at all. We arrived about 1/2’hour early before check in time from an international flight. We were tired and hungry. Staff told us to wait with our luggage in the crowded entryway. We asked if their advertised bar/restaurant was open but it was too early for the bar and too late for the restaurant. There is NOWHERE nearby to walk to get some food.

Beautiful, probably the most beautiful city hotel we have stayed in. Very elegantly decorated, the room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Staff were very friendly.

Lovely hotel

Hotel location was great and it was quite comfortable. Easy access to everything and walkable distance to the Rathaus area. My only issue was that the fridge didn't work and it was also set up to only be able to fit their bottles, and not your own items that needed refrigeration.
