This is the second time I've been to this hotel. The rooms are nice and clean and the location is good. Unfortunately, this time I got a room (333) that is apparently facing some kind of nightclub, resulting in poor sleep. Bass kept waking me up until 6am in the weekend, not a great experience.

Room was clean and staff were nice. Rated to have AC but it did not have central/controllable cooling in each room so it had to be 80 at times. I spent much of my stay blinds closed and was still sweating. Otherwise, it was nice enough. Comparable to a decent holiday inn. A somewhat premium holiday inn.

My room was very clean. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was fresh and offered lots of variety. Did not utilize parking, but the hotel is centrally located near various forms of public transportation. We were able to bike, bus, or use the rapid transit quite easily. This hotel is in a great location near many shops and cafes. I highly recommend and hope to return some day!

A perfectly adequate and well located central Hamburg hotel. A place to rest your head with very polite and friendly front desk staff. Modern and comfortable room with an enormous bed. Very business guest oriented, so that it is very quiet downstairs in the evenings. There is a bar next to the reception, but there is no big people-watching lobby or lounge to match. You will likely entertain yourself elsewhere in the evenings and then return straight to your room. We booked specifically because the hotel advertised itself as having a restaurant, and we often like the choice of eating where we sleep. But note that, although the hotel serves breakfast at 26€ per person, otherwise there is no restaurant, menu or food service of any kind (despite both Expedia and the hotel website using the word "restaurant"), unless you are staying in a more expensive Superior room with access to 'snacks' from the 'Living Room' upstairs. We ate very well at the Marriott nearby for the 2 nights of our stay. All in all a pleasant and trouble free stay. Thank you.

Really enjoyed my stay here- the staff was very helpful and welcoming. Room was really clean. Gym was well equipped and conveniently open 24 hours. And the location was great- could easily walk to lots of restaurants and transportation was close by. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a stay for a visit in Hamburg city, weekendstay. 2 adults, 2 kids (3/5 year). walking vicinity to city, and train. Parking in underground parking not included. Very good service and facilities. Fitness and sauna. Breakfast is very good. Service amazing.

Located central in a modern building with a fitness center and sauna I would book again. Two subway lines are close with one nearly at its door, yet it’s not a crowded and nosy area. I was able to take the S1 with an easy lift transfer to the U3. Then walked a few street to the hotel. I was provided a corner room with wall to wall windows; beautiful. There are blackout curtains, should you not want to wake with the sunrise. There is a desk with a cable to hook up your electronics should you be in Hamburg for work. I did not request breakfast as the additional cost was pricey €29. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
