There was nothing I could criticize. It was my first time in Hamburg, and I chose this place based on the reviews. We stayed for three nights with two children, and the location was perfect. If you make a list of places to see in Hamburg, you can walk from here to every place in the top 10. The train station and subways are only a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. The room was very clean. The furnishings and amenities were spotless. The person who greeted us at the entrance (I forgot his name) had excellent communication skills and was very warm and sincere. The other hotel staff were also very polite. Three nights in Hamburg isn't enough time to see everything, so we're thinking of coming back, and I can already say for sure that we'll stay here again.

Great location close to the train station, shopping and Christmas markets. Very friendly staff and very clean. The only downside was that the beds were very hard. But great supply of detergent, towels, dish washing soap etc.
