Absolutely only good things to say about the hotel. Everything was as it should be. The location is amazing. And the inside is really nice. Modern but with character and charm. Would love to come back.

Really preferable

We really enjoyed our stay in Fraser Suites. The hotel is historical and modern at the same time and it is located to center of the city, so that that was too comfortable to reach the restaurants and marktplatz. The room was clean and comfortable including a kitchenette. Small details and equipments that you need to cook were included in the kitchenette. We really liked the hotel, we can prefer our next visit.

Staff was very rude shouted across the lobby for the pure miscommunication of a €3 coffee, mentioned to the manager no apologies till today. This is not what I expect from a 5 stars hotel and will never stay with any hotel under Frasers again.

Wonderful stay, staff were lovely and the amenities very good, however I was very disappointed the restaurant and bar were closed for renovations and I wasn’t informed when booking.

The room and property were well appointed. The staff there was so amazing and friendly. Also, very happy with the bar staff, drinks and service. A major plus was we could do our laundry for no extra cost. Will definitely be coming back to stay when in Hamburg!

Fly problem, especially on food

Flies on the food for the breakfast and flies in the room. Just very unfair to pay for the breakfast and not even being able to eat it because of the flies. This was a very expensive hotel but did not feel like it.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel was superb! I really like that it has a library. Other amenities such as sauna and gym are available too! However, as an Expedia platinum I didn't receive any VIP Perks or treatment. Hopefully expedia and the hotel work together more about this.

Fraser Suites is an absolutely amazing hotel to stay. The room was great and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Their hospitality and willingness to help guests was outstanding. Everything was within walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast was pretty good there as well. Mr. Say as the concierge really stood out to me. A mild-mannered gentleman with a brilliant smile and just a great personality. Fraser Suites Hamburg is by far one the best hotels I have had the pleasure of staying in Germany thus far. Highly recommend this facility to anyone.
