Poor maintenance n cleanliness

Low level of cleanliness. Pull over cover and floor were Stained. Toilet n Main door lock were damaged Bathroom water was not so hot. Poor Maintenance level :-(

Good clean budget room

It’s quite an old hotel in need of a revamp but for the price it was better than expected, clean room that’s bigger than average in Japan, the onsen was good, great little yakitori restaurant next door , overall I would recommend it for sure if you are looking for something good on a budget.

スタッフと温泉はとても良いが、シャワーの出が弱いのとレストランはもう少し勉強して欲しいです。

予約時に喫煙禁煙の区別がなく、禁煙化されているものと誤認していました。シングルルームなので、あとから考えればそんなもんかと思ったけど、匂いキツかった ベッドが大きくて知り合いのシングルステーには勧めることのできるレベル

風呂はカビてるわ、カーテンは破れてるわWi-Fiすら部屋で繋がらない。
