The room was very humid/damp. The large gap along the door let in alot of outside air. Mattress were cheap and worn on one of the beds.

There was no towel rack in bathroom, justbrackets, no hook on door to cloths, hole in wall behind door, toilet whistled wheb flushed. One lamp needed bulb in room. Duvet cover had alot of bleach stains. Sofa bed was terrible to sit on, uncoftable and made noises. Didnt think it was worth the $100. Breakfast was passable.

Front desk was unfriendly and slow at check in. The room was clean but not thoroughly. We found a dirty wash cloth and hair tie from a previous guest. Breakfast was average at best. The air in the room was excellent. The grounds were kept well. Overall, we would stay here again at the rate we paid. It was worth the rate we paid.

The location was easy to find and parking was ok. The room had noticeable marks on the flooring and bedspreads and the towels looked dirty.

The room was clean but a bit run-down and the breakfast room small (thus packed with people). The only common area outside the room was the pool area, which forced us to stay in room when we returned for the day.
