I am very upset that I have to pay for parking… I am your guest and am apart of your rewards program! What’s the point of using your app and getting points. Where are my benefits for being loyal? I liked it was walking distance of the Allstate arena but be aware there is no cross walk. I am upset that I paid for 3 people and only got two breakfast passes. The rooms are clean and it’s nice they offer queen beds.

Close to o hare with shuttle service available. Restaurant attached to the hotel with many others close by. Clean room.

There was a restaurant right next to the hotel, the inside lobby bar area was very spacious for a large gathering of people that we had meeting there.

Small rooms that make motel 6 a king suite. Like the bought 2 old properties together, mapped out a football field, then crammed as many little rooms as posible. Making tired guests walk 100 yards with luggage for a motel 6 is not convenient nor worth the overpriced location. Bar was never opened. Drains in restroom, sinks, clogged... Cannabis oders seeping into hallways, etc. etc. Never again.

We do our best to provide comfortable beds in well-kept rooms in convenient locations, but as we get closer to our capacity we have to use rooms that are further from the entrance, we would appreciate your understanding on this matter. Our bar is open daily from 5 pm to 11 pm and often stays open later based on current demand. We do not allow smoking on our property. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address these problems and prevent any future occurrences. We had to pay for parking on their property. The was nothing stating that they charge for parking.
