The hotel was spectacular. It looked better than the pictures. Staff was very professional and happy to make everything work. It definitely was worth the money. It surpassed the expectations.

Everything about the Langham was amazing! From the incredible service oriented staff to the wonderful amenities not to mention the incredible spa. We will be back again!

Amazing property with outstanding staff? Philippe the concierge and Harry the waiter at the bar went out of their way to accolade and make our trip special! We can’t wait to return.

When we arrived our room wasn’t ready they put us in a “city view” which was a wall and a side walk, me and my husband were changing and another guest walked in they double booked our room. When we didn’t feel comfortable staying out long due to not knowing if they person key still worked when we returned from dinner neither one of our keys worked they told us we would have to come get the key ourselves because it may take a while for them to bring it very inconvenience. When we decided to stay in and enjoy the pool and hot tub the hot tub was out of order and the pool was full of kids they advertise as a romantic setting. When we decided to just watch television we discovered the room doesn’t offer a smart tv just limited cable so we watched tvs on our phones. I think the hotel was over rated

Glad to choose this hotel to be the first time at the city. I feel completely safe and welcoming, the hotel is beautiful, smell amazing, the employees are very attentive. They are there for all your needs. The location is well centered at the loop and you have restaurant, stores and all that you need walking around ! I do a long research to choose due the variety around , now I cam say that I dont regret. I will.go back to this beautiful city and stay at The Langham again.
