I stayed in a 2 bedroom room with a little living room and kitchen. It was honestly great because each room had a bathroom and there was enough space for everyone, there were 7 of us including a baby. The breakfast was good, I wish it didn't end so early on Friday, at 8am, my whole family and I missed breakfast unfortunately. I think it should of ended at 9am instead. We were hoping on not having to spend money on breakfast. Staff was very nice and the property is very relaxing and feels safe and quiet. It is close to restaurants and some shopping and not far from the naval base. I definitely recommend staying here.

This is my third time staying at this location. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is seasoned to perfection. I have three things that can be approved upon: the bathroom was a little dirty and there was a used towel still hanging up, the pressure of the water was low (this could be because of the water leak they had when I checked in), and please get more suitcase carriers.

The Hotel Management Team will be working with our housekeeping staff to prevent this from happening in the future. As for the water pressure the town of Waukegan had a broken water line outside of our property and had to secure the water. Once the water came back on the water pressure was slow moving. Very average and in need of repairs and freshening up in the rooms and baths. Dingy accommodations. Also odd that on week days breakfast ends at 8 am.
