Loved the free water. Hotel staff (Pedro) was very friendly & helpful! The room was the perfect size for one person.

Staff are friendly and nice. Hotel is close to Riverwalk and CTA/buses.

Very small room it remind me of European hotels small!!

The room was very small, could barely fit one person sideways on the side of the bed that’s close to the windows. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided, and the elevator takes 2 years because there are only 2 for the 38 floors of people maintenance people share the same elevators. Would not recommend, might be better off spending the extra $50 to go right next door to Sonesta.

Great location! Convenient and affordable parking options close by. Great River view from the rooms on the front side. All downtown attractions are 20 to 25 minutes walk.

The stay was good overall. Parking was just far, but good customer service.
