The check in was amazing since my flight was delayed. They worked with me to have my key card ready since I was getting in late and fast check in. Rooms clean love that the parking garage was next door not free but more reasonable than the actual garage price. Breakfast was hot and many different alternatives hot cereal and cold cereal hot waffles, sausage turkey and pork, drinks.

Indifferent staff. Breakfast did not open til 8. Styrofoam . Handicap bathroom you had to go down a floor. Same menu for breakfast same both days. No hot eggs.

Dale, Thank you for your review. I apologize that your stay was lack-luster and indifferent. It seems like the largest let down was the complimentary breakfast. We are seeking approval to heighten the quality of the breakfast plates and utensils. This is good advice for weekend travelers, on Saturday and Sunday mornings the breakfast items are the same and are: Hard boiled eggs, biscuits & gravy, pork sausage, and then the more continental items that are also available each day. Some staff were not friendly and rude, breakfast crew the worst ever, make me feel I was in jail !

The bath linen had hair on it. Otherwise, everything was fine.

No housekeeping during the 3 days of our reservation not even take the trash out
