I didn’t like the receptionist kept repeating our room number for the whole lobby to hear. We were traveling with small children. There were people smoking in the room a few doors down from us. The tub was dirty. There wasn’t enough towels for us even though I put the number of people on the reservation. The breakfast wasn’t that good until the day before we left when there was waffles and bacon. Due to the shower not draining properly it caused what come on come on come on? We’re going downstairs bye. our children clothes to get week even though they were in the room next to the shower. Overall me and my family did not have the best experience. We did like the pool and the fitness room.

I really loved the pool area it was enclosed and easy to get to.The breakfast was good.the outside seating area They have two great grills and fire pit. It was really pretty. The suite was very nice and clean loved the kitchen area. I think the only thing I didn’t like was the sofa bed . It was uncomfortable to sit on and the AC in the room was not working. Other than that it was a great stay and I will definitely be back.

It was an awesome room. 2 beds and a pullout couch. We had akitchenette a well in our room.
Only complaint is the pool temp was a bit cold. I did say something to someone and it seemed it warm up after.
The area doesn't really have much to walk but it's about 45 minutes from Chicago(depending on traffic) which is where we are actually visiting. Chicago itself is great for pedestrian traffic.

This is my go to hotel in this area! The breakfast is great and the rooms are clean and spacious

Hotel staff pleasant and professional. They allowed our dog to stay. The had a very nice dog walking area.

The rooms weren’t the cleanest an a few things were broken. The door separating the sink and bedroom was broken, there were rips in the couch, there was a weird smell when you walked in, there was a dead bug in the window.
