Excellent location and lucky yo have a magnificent window view! Highly recommended; Expedia was about $50 cheaper than the same type of room at Hilton website.

Room and stay was great. Valet made me late the morning I was trying to leave. Need a better system because I had to wait 45 minutes for my car. The valet responded saying they would get my car but when I arrived downstairs 15 minutes after texting my car was not there. I had to walk next door and wait 5 minutes for someone to let me in since it was locked. Only to find out the attendant was sleep. The hotel needs their own valet person.

It was conveniently located to Michigan Ave and State street and Grant park for ease of walking anywhere. It isn’t a fancy hotel with elaborate lobby but that isn’t why I came to Chicago.
