Although clean, Hotel is in need of repair. Must get a rough crowd because they lock up the coffee and breakfast room(sometimes we like to sit at the table and have coffee) except for 6am til 9:30 am. Staff constantly reminds you of rules and two strike policy. Staff called and knocked on our door at night to tell us we were violating the noise policy and this was our first strike....but we and our kids were sleeping and they woke us up to say this. WHAT? Staff came into pool and told us theres no jumping in the pool. Not diving, jumping. We were the only ones in there. On sunday, the breakfast was chopped hard boiled eggs served hot ???. Lmao.

Hello, I believe you must have been misinformed about the coffee and breakfast, we only keep the doors closed to the breakfast area but the coffee is available 24hrs a day and we actually do not carry boiled eggs only scrambles and egg patties apart from other meat selections as well. As far as the pool, by law we have no diving or jumping signs s as our pool is not deep enough for safe diving. I appreciate the review as we take our guest feedback serious and use it to improve our property and staff. Thank you

We left in the middle of the night after discovering BED BUGS in room 302. Front desk tried to give us a different room, but wouldn't refund us. I was told the following day that a state licensed inspector had to inspect the room prior to any refund being issued. Inspector was scheduled for 6 days after we left. I'm sure by then, the bug issue will be ratified. Shady location with shady people. BEWARE!!!!!

What I didn’t like was children was allowed to run and play in the hallways well after 10:30 pm hitting on doors. The room above me was similar after 10:30 pm the kids were running in the room , jumping off the furniture sound like they were going to come thru the ceiling. This went on for at least 45 minutes both nights I was there. The beds need replacing all u could hear was springs popping every time you moved. The place really need upgrading.
