Staff was friendly. Conveniwnt to Monroe stop (and really pretty much anything walkable). Twin room was small. Felt like a dormitory, but did thr job. Likely wouldnt stay again for the price.

I was there for Blues Festival. It was convenient location to go shopping and catch the shows.

Unfortunately, our entire team who was traveling for a conference had the same shared experience while staying at this hotel. There was mold in the showers, the room(s) reeked of tobacco smoke, and they couldn't get a hold of the front desk from their rooms because at first the phones weren't even connected to the wall. Once they contacted the front desk, they were only able to offer a smaller room with no closet/no hangers. Lastly, and maybe most importantly, one of our employees had someone knock on her door at 4am saying "Housekeeping." Highly unusual/suspect, and not safe. We will never book this hotel again. Seems like major hygiene/safety upgrades need to be addressed here. Also, not to mention these rooms were $400 a night!
