The sound of the hallway was a bit loud with not good noise cancelation in the rooms. Other than that, it was pretty legit.

Courtney made this stay wonderful. She accommodated us and gave us a better room. Considering we stayed at the other best western on Grant Park, it was the worst night I ever had the bed was. Terrible and when I told her of the conditions, she made sure that we had a nice room. I was very thankful

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room did not have a fridge or microwave, and the shower drained fairly slow.

Called the hotel to find info for check in times and was told I did NOT have reservation!!!
Not a good experience!!!!
