Connected to Makuhari Messe (exhibition center) and Kaihimmakuhari station by a covered walkway. Close to shopping areas like Mitsui Park Outlets and Aeon Mall.
Unfortunately, no convenience stores inside and hotel is due for a renovation, feels really old.

I am a first time traveler to Japan and Hotel New Otani was my first proper hotel that I have stayed longer than 24 hours besides The Royal Park at Haneda Airport which I had stayed only 6 hours after my flight from Bangkok….. I am impressed with the service, the attentiveness, caring, professionalism of the staffs and cleanliness of the hotel is top notch 🙏
I am definitely coming back next year!
