The staff and food was all great. The location is very good except when it is a weekend with the party people circling the hotel until after midnight. I do remember when I was young so having earplugs does help. I would suggest they take the bright green light off of the phone on the wall as it lights up the whole room. Thank goodness for eyeshades 😃.

Great breakfast - shame about the heating control

Pros: Breakfast menu
Cons: Shower and temperature controls
Location: Excellent location and fantastic scenery
Breakfast was excellent, staff made little effort to understand. Room was small and shower was so small that turning around in it was impossible. Heat / cooling controls did not work in room for 3 nights

They did not honor my Expedia reservation
Posted 17 Jul 2016Man at front desk had a bad attitude. They did not honor our reservation and we had to sleep in the car as all other hotels were sold out.
Horrible experience, find another hetel that honors its Expedia reservations.

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto, l’hotel è bello e ben tenuto nel pieno centro storico di Chiavenna. Segnalo la gentilezza di tutto il personale, tornerò sicuramente.
