Very bad experience
Posted 21 Nov 2022 on HotelsI booked and paid reservation. Owner announced, that he has no connection with Hotels.com and he asked to pay cash again. He threated he will call police, I announced that I will call police. Then he found he has account on hotels.com and he found a payment. Anyway, there had no heating in the room, they needed to use electric warming. It was very bad experience.
