Very bad experience

I booked and paid reservation. Owner announced, that he has no connection with Hotels.com and he asked to pay cash again. He threated he will call police, I announced that I will call police. Then he found he has account on hotels.com and he found a payment. Anyway, there had no heating in the room, they needed to use electric warming. It was very bad experience.
